After a severe burnout, this is what helped me get back to health and find my authentic path.

My Story

I rose fast in management consulting at the Boston Consulting Group, reaching my first leadership position at 27. There I was successful on the outside, yet on the inside, I felt disconnected. No matter what I achieved, I never felt enough.

In 2018, my body shut down and I suffered from a severe burnout. I tried a vacation and working less for 2 months - and my symptoms got worse than ever. It then dawned on me that health and happiness are maybe not only about what’s happening on the outside, but how we process the world on the inside.

I launched out on a path of healing starting to work with coaching, breath and mindfulness. It worked - my health started to improve, I started to feel clarity again and I uncovered a new way of living.

Coming from a lifetime of “doing” and “being strong”, I got curious why talking about feelings and sitting still was doing such wonders to me. So I started to look into the science behind it and got fascinated. At some point, I started sharing my journey with people and realized: I am not alone.

Although not all go to the same extremes, a lot of highly talented people spend their days trying to live a life others expect of them, sacrificing their health and happiness. I thought to myself that there needs to be a way that we can create the impact we desire, while being healthy and happy. With that thought my coaching practice was born.

Today, I have worked with hundreds of clients across the globe to integrate impact, health and happiness.

I am trained in different coaching approaches, breath and nervous system regulation, yoga and meditation - and integrate it to support my clients’ unique journey.

I share my approach to mindful (self-)leadership in 1:1 and group coachings and teach it to leaders of all kinds.
