Your body is tense, your thoughts are running wild, you feel stuck in your emotions. Know any of these? You probably do - they are the symptoms of stress.
When we can't process stress or emotions in the moment they occur, the biochemicals of the stress response stay in our body. This can lead to inflammation, sleep problems, digestive issues, overthinking, emotional outbursts, or many other symptoms.
Transformative Breathwork is a breathing meditation designed to support our body complete the cycles of unprocessed stress. It helps us release held emotions and tension. Through the breath we regenerate our nervous system, so we feel more at ease and can bounce back from stress more easily. Breathwork allows us to get unstuck and trust into the flow of our life again.
The session will only be held live - no recording - to provide a safe space for all participants.
